Building a Better Grape
Union Grove Farm has pioneered several varietals of incredibly delicious seedless, thin-skinned Muscadine grapes. Cultivated through meticulous breeding and advanced agricultural techniques by Jeff Bloodworth, viticulturalist and Muscadine specialist, this breakthrough grape delivers a new seedless, thin-skinned muscadine, blending the robust, fruity essence of traditional muscadines with the crisp, tender bite you would have with a Thompson Seedless grape.
More nutrient dense than conventionally grown
By implementing regenerative agriculture techniques such as cover cropping, rotational grazing, and compost application, we are increasing our soil health and biodiversity. This approach not only fosters robust grapevines but also enriches the nutrient profile of the fruit itself, promoting higher levels of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.
