Barista with Customer Service, Social Media, and Dog Lover Skills

Part-time, early morning shifts

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Barista to join our amazing team! As a Barista, you will deliver exceptional service, crafting delicious coffee, and creating a welcoming environment for both our human and furry friends. If you’re a coffee aficionado, love engaging with customers, and are skilled in social media content creation, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and positive manner. Ensure a high-quality customer experience by anticipating needs and providing personalized service.
• Coffee Crafting: Prepare and serve coffee drinks including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and other beverages with attention to detail and consistency. Maintain high standards for taste, presentation, and quality.
• Donut Making: On Saturdays, you may have to help make fresh donuts.
• Social Media Management: Create engaging and fun content for social media platforms. Share behind-the-scenes moments, promotions, and customer interactions, helping to grow our online community.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Adhere to all health and safety standards, ensuring cleanliness at all times.
• Dog-Friendly Ambassador: Welcome and interact with dog owners and their pets, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable environment for both. Provide excellent service for customers who bring their dogs to the BHC.

Requirements:

• Previous barista experience and a passion for coffee.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Love for dogs and experience working in pet-friendly environments.
• Creative flair for social media with experience posting on Instagram, Facebook, or other platforms.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
